Core H20 – Refunds & Returns Policy

At Core H20, we are committed to delivering premium-quality wellness products and a smooth, reliable shopping experience. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below to understand how returns are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

Because Core H20 products are consumable and sealed for safety, we can only accept returns for items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Once a product has been opened, unsealed, or consumed in any way, it becomes non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.

Please inspect your order upon delivery before opening any packaging.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request clear photos or videos of the issue to process your claim.

Once approved, we will issue instructions for the return and provide a free replacement.


3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will guide you through returning the incorrect product and issue either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (if preferred)


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed consumable products

  • Supplements or ingestible items

  • Any product that has been used

  • Items not in their original packaging

All consumable wellness products must remain sealed to qualify for return.


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

7. Packaging Requirements

Please pack your return securely to prevent damage during transit.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.


8. Exchanges

Because all Core H20 consumable products must remain sealed, we cannot offer exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to Sections 2 and 3 for our replacement process.
